DecemberMy name is Charles Lee and I’m the founder and CEO of mberry. Today I writing to inform you that during this very busy holiday season we experienced a problem with USPS not scanning and misplacing a batch of our orders that were expected to be delivered before the holiday.
This matter was brought to my attention this morning we’ve been working hard all day to identify and resend all lost orders. We have upgraded the shipping on these orders to Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery) and made sure no lost order was over looked.
Unfortunately this situation has inconvenienced and upset some of our amazing customers and several of you have reached out to our team sharing your fustration. I would like to apologize and assure you that your concerns are important to us.
As a young startup, mberry is committed to solving real social problems by changing the way we think about food and we recognize this could only be possible with your continued support and belief in our product.
In addition to our attempt to fix this problem I would personally like to offer those affected by this mistake a full, unconditional refund if you decide to return/ cancel the order even after you receive the product this week.
Regardless of what you choose I’d wish you would keep the mberry we sent you as a sign of our appreciation for your tremendous patience and understanding.
